Gross National Income (GNI) : comprises the total value produced within a country (i.e. its Gross Domestic Product), the gross national income, converted to US dollars using the World Bank Atlas method, divided by the mid-year population.
The Human Development Index (HDI) : is the normalized measure of life expectancy, literacy, education, standard of living, and GDP per capita for countries worldwide. It is a standard means of measuring well-being, especially child welfare. It is used to determine and indicate whether a country is a developed, developing, or an underdeveloped country. It is also used to measure the impact of economic policies on quality of life.[1]
The Gini Coefficient: is a measure of statistical dispersion most prominently used as a measure of inequality of income distribution or inequality of wealth distribution. It is defined as a ratio with values between 0 and 1. Thus, a low Gini coefficient indicates more equal income or wealth distribution, while a high Gini coefficient indicates more unequal distribution
